Sarkova Pass, Western Ways - One of two chest that can appear in the pass is located northwest from Menestad, just to the left of the main path leading towards Scosglen in a ravine you can climb down. Frigid Expanse, Olyam Tundra - A third chest can appear inside the cave above the muddy river, at the very top ledge of the cave. Frigid Expanse, Olyam Tundra - Another chest can appear at the northern edge of the small muddy river at the mouth of a cave. Frigid Expanse, Olyam Tundra - Part of a cluster of three chests that can appear just northeast of Kyovashad, it can be found at a small peak above a small muddy river. Frigid Expanse, Kor Rohavan - in the region to the East of Kyovashad, located just outside where the entrance to the Immortal Emanation Dungeon should be. When they do appear, they can be found in the following locations listed in our Fractured Peaks Helltide Map Below: There are 6 currently known locations in the Fractured Peaks across 2 regions where a Helltide Mystery Chest may spawn, but it may not always spawn each time the Helltide appears.

More than one can be active at the same time, but only one per region if the Helltide spans across two separate zones in the same region. Mystery Chests do not appear at every location listed but rather spawn and despawn within the Helltide periodically.
